Chocolate Pretzel Sale

Chocolate Pretzel Sale Hidalgo Elementary will begin a Chocolate Prezel Sale on Monday, January 27, 2015. The sale will consist of 1 box of 48 pretzels at a cost of $1.00 each. The money from this Fundraiser will benefit the student. After the student sells his/her box, a college T-shirt representing the college chosen by his/her grade level, will be ordered for him/her. This project is part of our BELIEF that every student will be motivated to prepare and attend a college of his/her option. The chocolate pretzel sale will begin Monday January 27, 2015 and end on Friday February 27, 2015. Please return permission slip as soon as possible!

Pasta for Pennies

Pasta for Pennies Hidalgo Elementary joined the Pasta for Pennies Campaign. Pasta for Pennies is a learning program that benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and it’s a nation wide program that helps in the fight against blood cancers. Students collect a spare change over a 2 week period. The program will run from Monday January 26 through Friday February 06. The top winning class will receive an Olive Garden Luncheon and game tickets and parent discounts to the students for the San Antonio Spurs, San Antonio Rampage (hockey team) and the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. Please encourage your child to participate for this great cause!
